Benjamin H. Terry has been practicing plaintiff’s injury, business, and workers compensation law in Metro Atlanta for 32 years.  Mr. Terry is a fourth generation Atlantan and was raised in DeKalb County by two wonderful parents, Fred and Jane.  By example, they taught him compassion, understanding, and respect for others. He attended Shamrock High School (now Druid Hills Middle School) and graduated in 1974.  He received a B.A. degree from the University of Virginia in 1978, and received his law degree from the University of Georgia in 1981, where he served on the Editorial Board of the Georgia Law Review. He was a partner in two Atlanta law firms until 2001, when he became a sole practitioner. Ben now serves clients throughout the Atlanta metro area and west and central Georgia.
